I accidentally stumbled upon this watch and knew I had to see it for myself. This is the SBGA111 and was released to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Grand Seiko’s Spring Drive 9R65 movement. This watch was released in 2014 and only 1500 units were made. This watch features a few design choices rarely found on Grand Seiko watches like the railway style minute track, Arabic numeral minute markers and an engraved chapter ring.

Deployant had a nice review of the SBGA111 and compared it with the 9R15 equipped SBGA109, which was more expensive, but didn’t feature this case or contain arabic numerals for the minute markers:
